Bennington Family Eyecare is an OD-owned private practice looking for a wonderful optometrist to provide full-scope medical optometry in our newly renovated boutique location on Bennington’s Main Street downtown. Our office provides optometric tech support, a full-service optical, onsite lab, no vision plans, and medical billing only. We provide comprehensive eye exams, office visits, emergency care, conventional and specialty contact lens fittings at a comfortable pace of 16-18 patients per day. We use cloud-based EHR and Maestro 2 Fundus/OCT/Anterior segment imaging, ERG, iCare, and Virtual Field. $140k/year for a 4-day work week, revenue sharing bonus, 401k, health insurance, malpractice, CE stipend, professional dues, 3 weeks PTO + sick time, no weekends, no call. Requirements: Doctor of Optometry (OD), VT licensed. Excellent clinical and intrapersonal skills. New grads welcome! Provide full-scope medical optometry in a boutique location on Bennington’s Main Street downtown. Perform comprehensive eye exams, office visits, emergency care, and both conventional and specialty contact lens fittings. Maintain a comfortable patient flow (approximately 16-18 patients per day). Utilize cloud-based EHR and imaging equipment (Maestro 2 Fundus/OCT/Anterior segment imaging, ERG, iCare, Virtual Field). Collaborate with optometric technicians and manage patient care in a private practice setting. Qualifications
