Director of Nursing (DON)
to lead the clinical team at our skilled nursing facility in

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all aspects of the Nursing Services Department Oversee the development and implementation of individualized care plans Manage department budgets including staffing, equipment, and supplies Support and mentor nursing staff to ensure clinical excellence Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations Respond efficiently in urgent and emergency situations Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oregon BSN preferred Minimum 3 years of nursing leadership experience (preferably in a skilled nursing setting) Strong knowledge of rehabilitative, restorative, and long-term care practices Excellent communication, team-building, and organizational skills
