Education and Experience Criteria:
MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a similar specialty required.
Must be able to obtain or already possess a current, active State Medical License for the state(s) where you will work.
Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar is preferred. Board eligibility is required.
Once certified, maintain board certification through required MOC, CME, or retaking exams as needed.
Must have a current DEA number for schedule II-V controlled substances.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required within the first 90 days of employment.
