Responsibilities and Duties Diagnose and treat various illnesses Provide preventive care including health-risk assessments and routine checkups Administer immunizations and screening tests Offer personalized counseling on maintaining a healthy lifestyle Manage acute care services Handle chronic disease management for conditions such as diabetes, asthma, and hypertension
Additional Information Proficiency in Spanish or Haitian Creole is preferred, but not mandatory EMR System: Athenahealth
