Mount Sinai Health System is currently seeking a full-time Endocrinologist to join its practices in Nassau County, NY. The facilities in Manhasset and Hewlett are state-of-the-art centers offering a multi-specialty environment with resources from a leading academic medical center. Mount Sinai’s Department of Endocrinology is committed to patient-centered care, integrating care, research, and education in alignment with the Icahn School of Medicine. The chosen candidate will join a multi-specialty team in the heart of Long Island. This is an outpatient-focused position with potential hospital consultations if desired. Work with a multi-specialty team of internists, gastroenterologists, and cardiologists in the heart of Long Island Serve a diverse population and live in a community with excellent schools and cultural opportunities All outpatient practice Regular Monday to Friday hours with one evening per week Support staff: Medical assistants and part-time CDE Call schedule: no hospital duties, possible telephone consults with other Long Island endocrinologists EMR system: Epic No administrative, teaching, or research responsibilities Competitive salary and benefits including productivity bonuses, paid time off, medical/dental/vision, malpractice coverage, and CME stipends Qualifications
Medical Degree from an Accredited University New York Medical License Board Eligible or Board Certified in Endocrinology Committed to Mount Sinai and the communities served Excellent communication, bedside manner, and organizational skills Strong work ethic and desire to participate in a team-oriented, performance-driven Health System Compensation range from $250,000 to $350,000 (not including bonuses or benefits).
