The Role: Psychiatrist | Phoenix, AZ As part of Serenity Healthcare, you will provide comprehensive care that includes medication management, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), and ketamine therapy in a calm, patient-centered environment that prioritizes comfort and results. Conduct initial patient evaluations, taking detailed medical histories and assessing symptoms and prior treatments Develop individualized treatment plans for new and established patients, including non-invasive neuromodulation (dTMS) and ketamine infusions Prescribe and manage medications for mental health conditions Offer deep TMS and ketamine infusion therapy onsite by a highly trained team Provide support, comfort, and safety to every patient Engage in research to advance knowledge about mental health conditions and treatments Qualifications
Board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology Licensed, or willing to become licensed, in the state of the clinic location Unencumbered DEA license and clean criminal background United States citizen or Green Card holder Knowledge of various psychotherapeutic methods and psychopharmacology Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Empathy and compassion for patients Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits
Competitive pay: $300,000 salary with incentive compensation; potential to reach $500,000 annually 40% premium benefits: 90% employer coverage for medical, dental, and vision 401(k) plan 20 PTO days and 10 major holidays off Outpatient clinic with integrated care (no Teladoc) 8:1 staff-to-physician ratio in outpatient clinic Flexible schedule, 4–5 days per week No on-call responsibilities Who We Are
