The Behavioral Health Center offers comprehensive mental health services, including First Episode Psychosis, opioid treatment, substance use disorder services, specialized units, inpatient and outpatient care, and more. Our team includes psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, social workers, and others dedicated to compassionate care.

Position Purpose Under supervision, the Attending Psychiatrist will provide coverage for patients in the CPEP, CL service, or inpatient psychiatric units.
Responsibilities
Manage the functioning and coverage of psychiatric units.
Conduct rounds, assess bed availability, and communicate with the team.
Provide interventions, including medications.
Evaluate patients on observation and respond to psychiatric support requests.
Review legal statuses and respond to related correspondence.
Attend shift change meetings and coordinate patient care.
Review and supervise residents' assessments.
Remain reachable at all times and inform the team of whereabouts.
Perform other duties as assigned.
