Compensation & Benefits: • $450K never-ending base salary guarantee - not tied to production thresholds or quotas • $50K signing bonus, $10K relocation package, plus substantial student loan forgiveness through NHSC • Malpractice with tail, comprehensive health/dental/vision, and more • $2500 monthly stipend for residents/fellows
