Excellent Psychiatric Hospitalist Opportunity in Norwalk, Connecticut (50 miles from New York City). Nuvance Health, formerly Western Connecticut Health, is seeking a full-time psychiatrist for hospitalist work, including inpatient, consult liaison, and ED consults at Norwalk Hospital. Located in suburban Fairfield County, Norwalk is about 50 miles northeast of New York City along the Long Island Sound. Our established practice has seven psychiatrists and two nurse practitioners, with a highly collegial environment. Candidate Qualifications
Board certified/eligible in psychiatry Spanish speaking a plus Position Details
This employed role offers a competitive compensation package, CME and dues allowances, and a relocation stipend. Responsibilities include supervising residents and medical students, with teaching opportunities working with psychiatry residents and students from the University of Vermont, Ross University, and American University of the Caribbean.
