Join SEARHC, Southeast Alaska Regional Health Consortium, as our Medical Director of Psychiatry. This role offers flexibility to work in-person in Juneau, Alaska, or via Telepsychiatry from our Renton, Washington office, with semi-regular travel to Juneau. Lead psychiatric care delivery, collaborate with the SVP of Behavioral Health, and enhance clinical excellence, patient experience, workflow efficiency, and fiscal management, aligning with SEARHC's strategies. Help advance mental health care in Southeast Alaska. Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary between $400,000 and $445,000 $25,000 annual leadership stipend No call responsibilities Monday to Friday schedule Work locations: Renton, WA (Telepsychiatry) or Juneau, AK (in-person) Minimum 5 years’ post-residency clinical experience At least 2 years’ experience in medical leadership roles Comprehensive benefits including health, vision, dental, PTO, retirement, and relocation assistance Work Environment
