Job Title: Family Practice Physician (MD/DO)

Location 56th Medical Group, Luke AFB, AZ (Phoenix West Valley)
Schedule • Monday–Friday, 0700–1630 • Up to 40 hours/week, 30–60 min unpaid lunch Compensation
• Hourly: $125-137 per hour
What you’ll do • Provide full-spectrum family medicine across all ages • Perform annual physicals, preventive care, and chronic disease management • Order/interpret diagnostics; coordinate referrals/consults • Document accurately and timely; support team education and quality initiatives
What you’ll need • MD or DO; ACGME-accredited residency • Active, unrestricted state medical license • Board eligible/certified in Family Medicine (ABMS/AOA) • Active DEA; NPI • U.S. citizenship • Ability to meet DHA/MTF credentialing and immunization requirements (TB/flu) and complete required trainings
Preferred Experience • Experience in military or federal health systems • 2+ years post-residency primary care practice
