Indian Health Services AZ - Hopi Health Center- Polacca, Arizona: (ER Director will Interview and provide all details about ED, scheduling, expectations, etc) Max 7-Day Blocks 15-20k Volume/year
Hopi Details:
Located 4 hours North of Phoenix this reservation is located in the Navajo Nation. We can schedule you for 7-10 shifts per month, every month, or every other month! Use ANY STATE LICENSE! Level-4, Rural ER! They have furnished onsite housing which costs about $30/night. 45 Day credentialing! Email for April-May date!
ER Physician Compensation at Hopi Service Unit:
ABEM: $240/Hour 1099 All Inclusive ER Physician Qualifications:
ABEM / Residency Trained IM/FP BC is preferred Life Certs: BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS MD/DO License: Active / Unrestricted and free of disciplinary actions DEA Unrestricted
