You will have the opportunity to work within our integrated HIV care and prevention model, providing comprehensive, whole-person care across multiple disciplines. Responsibilities
Provide direct psychiatric services, including history-taking, exams, assessments, and treatment planning. Order, interpret, and recommend laboratory tests and diagnostic studies. Prescribe or recommend pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies as permitted by law. Document all services in the Epic EHR system. Assess patient needs for additional services and assist in referrals to support services. Follow clinic protocols and participate in quality improvement, research, and ongoing education. Stay updated on Psychiatry and HIV/AIDS care through continuous learning. Comply with organizational standards and policies. Potentially oversee the administrative management of Psychiatry practitioners. Perform other duties as assigned by leadership. MD or DO from an accredited program. Board certification in Psychiatry. Unrestricted medical license in the practicing state and adjacent states if needed. Valid DEA license or ability to obtain one. Strong assessment and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse populations. Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Experience with electronic health records and relevant technology. Preferred: at least 2 years of outpatient Psychiatry experience, with experience in HIV/AIDS, LGBT+ care, or substance use treatment. Pay Rate
Starting at $270,000 annually, depending on experience. Public Student Loan Forgiveness
