Overview
PHYSICIAN (RADIOLOGY-DIAGNOSTIC), Fort Knox, KY. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those new to Federal service. Responsibilities
Provide full range of Diagnostic Radiology, including plain films, fluoroscopy, Mammography, Neuroradiology, Ultrasonography, MRI, and CT. Recommend and direct the care and treatment of the patient. Re-evaluate incoming studies of patients transferred from Regional Medical Treatment Facilities to determine accuracy of diagnoses. Provide consultative services by telephone or site visit to Regional MTFs. Provide training in Diagnostic Radiology to other Department physicians and medical students. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Basic Requirement For Physician (Radiology-Diagnostic) Degree:
Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, or equivalent from an accredited US/Canada school. If from a foreign medical school, equivalency is demonstrated by permanent ECFMG certification, fifth pathway, or successful completion of the USMLE. Licensure:
Current, active, full, and unrestricted license or registration as a Physician in the United States. Graduate Training:
At least one year of supervised clinical experience after medical degree (internship or first year of residency). Residency/Experience Requirements Residency in Interventional Radiology, Diagnostic Radiology, or Radiation Oncology (accredited). Requires at least 4 years of residency training; experience cannot substitute for required residency.
