The incoming GI physician will earn a $700,000 guarantee plus wRVU productivity. We provide excellent benefits (health, life, vision, dental, and retirement). Our practice promotes work-life balance: a four-day work week, no call, and seven weeks off. The gastroenterologist will join King's Daughters - Ohio (KDOH) in Portsmouth, Ohio. The hospital provides diagnostic and surgical services, emergency, primary, and specialty care (cardiology, vascular surgery, gastroenterology, urology, and orthopedics). Our collegial program features five gastroenterologists, supported by a team of experienced advanced providers, practicing at UK King’s Daughters in Ashland, Kentucky. We serve a growing patient population of 750,000 in eastern Kentucky and southern Ohio, with a vast network of primary care providers and referrals from 20 area hospitals, ensuring vibrant practices. Other program highlights include: Incoming physicians can choose a zero-call option with a four-day work week. Our GI physicians perform colonoscopy, EGD, EUS, ERCP (diagnostic and interventional), endoscopic resection, balloon enteroscopy, esophageal ablation, and capsule endoscopy. UK King’s Daughters is powered by EPIC electronic medical records. The practice location, Portsmouth, Ohio, is a safe, family-friendly community with great schools, affordable living, and excellent shopping and dining.
