LifeStance Health is actively hiring psychiatrists in Minnesota. We are expanding with new outpatient clinics and are currently interviewing to add to our clinical team. We offer flexible work schedules, a hybrid model, and 100% outpatient work with no nights, no hospital calls, and no weekends. Annual compensation is competitive with a base pay range provided, plus a sign-on bonus and full benefits. Responsibilities
Provide high-quality outpatient psychiatric care as part of LifeStance Health’s clinical team. Support a collaborative, evidence-based approach and participate in a modern, patient-centered care delivery model. Work with newly designed, ergonomic offices and receive full administrative support (scheduling and billing) to facilitate clinical duties. Maintain strong patient care standards aligned with LifeStance Health’s mission to improve access to trusted, affordable, and personalized mental healthcare. Qualifications
Fully licensed in Minnesota MD or DO Child, adolescent, or adult psychiatric experience Compensation and Benefits
Base pay range: $270,000.00/yr - $406,000.00/yr. Annual compensation also includes a sign-on bonus (for full-time) and a full benefits package (health, dental, vision, life, 401k with match, paid parental leave, EAP, CEU, and more). Opportunities for flexible schedules (full-time or part-time, 20 hours/week+), a hybrid model, and unlimited/uncapped earnings potential. About LifeStance Health
