Academic rank commensurate with experience Banner University Medical Group Phoenix, in partnership with the University of Arizona, seeks an established Neuroendovascular Neurosurgeon with demonstrated leadership capabilities to join our Clinical Faculty team. This senior role is based at Banner University Medical Center - Phoenix, a premier Level I trauma center serving as the tertiary referral hub for metropolitan Phoenix. Leadership Opportunity

Lead and expand our established endovascular/vascular neurosurgery service line Direct a multidisciplinary team of neurosurgeons, neurologists, neuroradiologists, and critical care specialists Guide junior faculty, fellows, and residents through complex case management Participate in program expansion initiatives and development of new clinical pathways Clinical Leadership Focus

Oversee complex cerebrovascular interventions including management of intracranial aneurysms, arteriovenous malformations, acute ischemic strokes, and other advanced vascular pathologies Direct implementation of cutting-edge endovascular techniques and technologies Lead quality improvement initiatives within the neurovascular program Establish clinical protocols and best practices for the neurovascular service Academic Leadership

Faculty appointment at University of Arizona with academic rank reflecting your experience Opportunity to shape the educational curriculum for the neurosurgery residency program Develop and lead research initiatives with institutional support Mentor the next generation of neurovascular specialists Qualifications

MD or DO degree with Arizona medical licensure eligibility Board certification in Neurosurgery Completion of accredited fellowship in Neuroendovascular Neurosurgery Minimum 5 years post-fellowship experience with progressive leadership responsibilities Demonstrated excellence in both open and endovascular neurosurgical techniques Track record of program development and team leadership Compensation Package
