Grene Vision Group is an established practice serving the Kansas community for over 100 years, with over 35 optometrists, 5 ophthalmologists, and 18 locations. The practice has experienced significant growth, including opening a state-of-the-art Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) with 6 ORs and the latest technology. They are seeking an additional Retina Surgeon to join their team as the current retina surgeon is retiring.
Responsibilities and Opportunities:
Build and establish a retina network for immediate clinical and surgical patient access.
Work with trained support staff and an on-site physician liaison to facilitate community relationship building.
Operate in a modern, well-equipped facility with supportive management.
Compensation and Benefits:
Guaranteed base salary plus a production model for 2+ years.
20 days PTO, CME allowance, commencement bonus, and relocation assistance.
Retirement plan with 401(k) match, comprehensive health insurance, paid maternity leave, and additional benefits.
