Cleveland Clinic Florida's Obstetrics & Gynecology Institute
is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Maternal Fetal Medicine physician to join a rapidly developing practice in the Treasure Coast Region, serving vibrant communities along Florida's Treasure Coast. This region is one of the fastest-growing areas in the country, just north of West Palm Beach. The practice provides perinatal support to three hospitals with maternity services located in Stuart, Port St. Lucie, and Vero Beach, each supported by an obstetric hospitalist program. About the Position: The service area has over 5,000 deliveries annually, not all within Cleveland Clinic hospitals. Currently, Level 1 or 2 neonatal services are provided, with plans to apply for Level 3 status at one of these hospitals soon. The clinical scope includes obstetrical ultrasound, prenatal diagnosis, and inpatient/outpatient perinatal consultation for high-risk patients. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with prenatal diagnosis and managing obstetric and maternal complications, with an interest in growing a Maternal-Fetal Medicine practice. The division is committed to research and recently joined the Case Western Reserve University site of the Eunice Kennedy Shriver NICHD Maternal-Fetal Medicine Units (MFMU) research network.
