Seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) Family Medicine physician to join a collaborative and compassionate group of Caregivers. Join a clinic utilizing a medical home model of care, working directly with a team of clinicians to provide evidence-based, collaborative care in a medical clinic setting with on-site lab services. PeaceHealth's Santa Clara Clinic is part of a larger multi-specialty group with hospitals, clinics, and clinicians across Eugene/Springfield, Cottage Grove, and Florence. We offer the following opportunities:
System-wide Epic EMR Guaranteed first-year income: Family Medicine = $294,673.60 (based on 1.0 FTE) Employment Bonus Relocation stipend based on miles between locations Education Loan Reimbursement program (if applicable and eligible) CME allowance: up to $3,300 per year for CME and/or professional dues/fees (based on 1.0 FTE; prorated for lower FTE) Comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life, Wellness, Retirement, and Malpractice insurance Requirements:
