About the Job:

As a Medical Director, you will serve as a scientific expert and strategic partner, providing in-depth knowledge of assigned brands and therapeutic areas to inform brand communications. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, represent the medical perspective, and support client relationships, while staying up-to-date on the latest scientific research and industry trends to drive business growth. A Day in the Life: Lead discussions with internal teams, clients, and HCPs to achieve strategic brand objectives. Develop medical backgrounders to educate teams on disease states, clinical trials, and competitive sets. Ensure accurate representation of medical aspects in content creation and client interactions. Establish rapport with client medical teams to facilitate discussions and ensure accuracy. Monitor relevant literature and provide insights to internal teams and clients. Contribute to business development through medical backgrounders, research, and pitch materials, while supporting team onboarding and client management. Qualifications: Advanced degree (MS, MD, PhD, PharmD) and 2+ years of relevant industry experience. Excellent communication skills, with ability to clearly explain medical concepts to diverse audiences. Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with ability to build relationships and manage workflows effectively. Leadership and management skills. Ability to develop high-quality medical communications content, present projects to clients, and create strategic content aligned with product strategy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and other relevant software. Salary Range:

$110,000 - $135,000 The salary range for this position is noted within this job posting.
