Holy Cross Health Fl Direct message the job poster from Holy Cross Health Fl Holy Cross Medical Group (HCMG) has an excellent full-time employment opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible, Fellowship trained Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to join our team of 16 physicians and 10 APPs located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The selected Orthopedic Hand surgeon will provide coverage at the Holy Cross Orthopedic Institute and assist with evaluating and managing patients with problems involving pain or injury in the arm, forearm, wrist, and hand. The call for this opportunity is shared between eligible members of the group and includes general Ortho call, which is compensated. Qualified candidates must have completed an Orthopedic Hand Surgery Fellowship and be Board Certified or Board Eligible. Although we prefer an experienced candidate, we will consider new graduates as well. The Holy Cross Hospital orthopedic team was the first in the world to use MAKOplasty for partial knee resurfacing and more recently the first to use MAKOplasty in South Florida for total hip replacement. Our team is pioneers in the use of Orthosensor's VERASENSE in sensor-assisted knee replacement surgery and Tenex Health's percutaneous tenotomy technology. Holy Cross Health also was first to have a shoulder and elbow fellowship, illustrating its strong commitment to education. Holy Cross surgeons serve on design teams for the latest knee and shoulder implants, again solidifying our commitment to innovation.
