Seeking BE/BC general urologist Practice includes 16 urologists and 7 full-time, 1 part-time advanced practice providers Clinic will support a primary office in Naperville with expansion to Bolingbrook Call is 1:6 at Edward Hospital Shared advanced practice providers at each site; one nurse covers 2-3 providers, one MA per clinic Benefits and Compensation
Large referral network with over 900 physicians Competitive salary and benefits 2-year track to shareholder status EPIC EMR system Additional Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, including healthcare navigation and 100% coverage when using Duly providers Employer-provided life and disability insurance Immediate 401(k) match Access to a non-qualified deferred compensation plan Sign-on, relocation bonuses, and loan forgiveness options Monthly Catalyst stipend of $2,500 during training The estimated base salary range is $425,000 - $525,000, with total target cash compensation including bonuses and incentives between $450,000 - $675,000.
