is seeking a skilled and compassionate
Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Dermatologist (MD/DO)
to join our dynamic and rapidly growing practice. Our practice is led under the direction of full-time operating partner Collin Blattner, DO, FAAD.
Since our founding in 2019, Clear Choice Dermatology has grown organically to twelve thriving locations across the Pacific Northwest—a region known for its breathtaking landscapes, abundant outdoor recreation, and vibrant, welcoming communities. This growth has allowed our teams to enjoy a diverse patient population, opportunities for professional growth, and the ability to practice in some of the region’s most desirable locations.

Position Overview
Full-time (4–5 days per week) Opportunity to work across multiple clinic locations General/medical dermatology with optional cosmetic services Take over an established patient base Work alongside experienced dermatology support staff
Compensation & Benefits
$50,000 sign-on bonus $450,000 base salary in Year 1 Competitive compensation structure: guaranteed base + percentage of collections Comprehensive benefits package
Qualifications
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Dermatology Active medical license or eligible for licensure Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills Strong clinical abilities and a commitment to patient-centered care Willingness to travel between clinic sites
