About the Job
The Division of Plastic Surgery at the University of Minnesota is seeking a full-time, American Board of Plastic Surgery certified/eligible surgeon at the Assistant/Associate Professor rank on either the academic or clinician track. The successful candidate must have completed a Gender Affirmation Surgery Fellowship, demonstrate expertise and interest in gender affirmation surgeries (body, genital, and facial), and be capable of fostering clinical and research collaborations within our Center for Sexual Health and other disciplines related to gender dysphoria. Responsibilities include primarily performing gender affirmation surgeries, participating in plastic surgery call, and treating general plastic surgery patients. The candidate should be willing to work at off-site facilities and must be eligible for licensure in Minnesota and to work in the U.S. The University values diversity and encourages candidates who can contribute to this goal through their research, teaching, and service.
