Provide effective leadership, direction and motivation for all technicians and staff. Ensure all customer vehicle glass repair and replacement is performed according to Company standards. Source, order, receive, and deliver parts to technicians in an accurate and timely manner. Maintain inventory and process returns on a timely basis. Coordinate with dispatch to manage scheduling and routes; ensure technicians are informed of changes. Communicate with customers to confirm appointment times and status. Take actions to meet daily/weekly/monthly sales goals and objectives; supervise and direct Auto Glass Technicians. Dispatch jobs for Technicians; monitor performance and provide coaching as needed. Coordinate with vendors to order parts and process invoices, returns, and credits in the management system. Notify CSRs and team when parts are on back order; note work orders accordingly. Review dispatches/communications and reschedule as needed; contact consumers to reschedule unfinished work. Ensure there are no unused parts at any location; work with A/P on back orders and credits. Report, make recommendations and correct adverse actions for the Company’s best interest. Qualifications
High School Graduate. At least 5 years of experience in the Auto Glass industry. Previous management and/or operations experience is strongly preferred but not required. Time Management, Organizational Skills, Customer/Client Focus and Initiative. Self-starter, driven by incentives and a proven track record of success. Excellent communication skills and a creative thinker. Compensation
Compensation Range for position is as follows: $69K-$75K Employment type
