As an Upper Extremity Orthopedic Surgeon at Trinity Health, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing conditions affecting the shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand. You will perform surgical procedures, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and provide patient-centered care to enhance the quality of life for our patients. Responsibilities: Evaluate and diagnose upper extremity conditions through patient consultations and diagnostic tests. Perform surgical procedures to treat fractures, joint issues, tendon injuries, and other upper extremity conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients. Provide post-operative care and follow-up consultations to ensure successful recovery. Collaborate with physical therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care. Stay updated with the latest advancements in orthopedic surgery and techniques related to the upper extremity. Qualifications
Qualifications: Medical degree with specialization in Orthopedic Surgery from an accredited institution. Fellowship training in Upper Extremity Surgery is preferred. Valid medical license to practice in North Dakota. Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery. Strong surgical and clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to providing quality care and improving patient outcomes. What We Offer
