adults and seniors

40 minutes for new patients ,

– Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Completed Residency in the United States
– In Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Board Certified or Board Eligible
– In Family Medicine or Internal Medicine California Medical License
– Active and unrestricted, or ability to obtain before your start date DEA Certification
– Current California DEA license, or ability to secure it prior to starting BLS Certification
– Current Basic Life Support certification, or willingness to obtain EMR Proficiency
