Overview Influencer marketing has evolved beyond sponsored posts and brand mentions and is now a strategic lever for full funnel brand activations, performance, and cultural relevance. In this role, you will lead our agency’s influencer analytics function, reporting directly into our SVP of Analytics who will guide your progression. You will turn complex data into powerful narratives that shape influencer strategies and demonstrate true impact to clients.

You will be responsible for architecting how we measure influencer effectiveness at scale, guiding both real-time optimization and long-term program strategy. Your work will fuel client success and set standards across the agency for how we define, track, and benchmark influencer performance. You will lead a cross-office analytics taskforce, formalize internal tools and frameworks, and drive consistent measurement across a wide range of verticals and platforms.

Successful team members have a passion for emerging tech and influencers, are culture mavens, bring a data-driven approach to decision-making, have the courage to speak truth to power, and can transcend their own biases to make objective judgments.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced agency environments, has a strong command of social and influencer data, and brings a future-focused mindset to how creators are evaluated. This is a leadership role at the intersection of marketing, data, and storytelling.

You will play a key role on our team, leading the development of analytics-driven projects across geographies and issues and mentoring emerging talent in our practice. You must be an excellent communicator and strategic client counselor, prepared to “roll up your sleeves” and stay close to the work.

Lead the agency’s Influencer Marketing Analytics Taskforce, driving alignment across North America on methodologies, tools, and reporting approaches.

Contribute to the development of advanced models and methodologies, such as ROI forecasting, attribution frameworks, and creator value modeling.

Partner with Project Management and Operations to understand team allocations and profitability of billable work, and optimize resourcing across billable projects and new business.

5+ years of relevant full-time experience, with at least 4 years in influencer marketing analytics, social data, or digital measurement within an agency environment.

Demonstrated expertise in designing measurement frameworks, performance benchmarking, and campaign optimization for influencer programs.

Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization; experience with Tableau, Power BI, Excel, or Google Data Studio preferred. Experience with SQL, Python, or R is a plus but not required.

Desire and ability to take ownership of workstreams, meet fast deadlines, nurture client relationships, and collaborate with diverse teams.

Ability to work well within highly collaborative, multidisciplinary teams.
