Swedish Medical Group is seeking a full-time, board-certified/board-eligible Consultative Pediatric Pulmonologist to join their Pediatric Specialty Practice. The role involves providing consultative services in inpatient and outpatient settings, collaborating with pediatricians, ARNPs, and family practitioners to diagnose and treat pulmonary conditions such as asthma, pneumonia, and chronic cough. The provider will also care for NICU graduates in partnership with their PCP, with consults during regular hours and no overnight or weekend call. The team includes specialists in general surgery, urology, nephrology, orthopedics, infectious disease, gastroenterology, hospital medicine, and critical care. There are opportunities to participate in multidisciplinary programs like the Small Baby Unit and Aerodigestive program. Position Details:
1.0 FTE with full benefits, salaried 3.5 clinic days/week plus rounding in NICU's small baby unit Half day administrative time, remote option available Time allocated daily for electronic and inpatient consults Support for prior authorizations No nighttime or weekend call Salary range: $219,230 - $316,743 annually, may include incentives and CME benefits Work Environment:
