That's why we offer competitive compensation without sacrificing all your free time. ** Support:** Our co-investment model allows you to receive access to best-in-class medical technology, clinical research, continuing education, marketing and operational support, and administrative assistance. ** Security:** As a fast-growing national healthcare organization, we offer a competitive compensation package and opportunities for your personal and professional growth. ** ** Full-Time Compensation Package Mon-Fri day shift schedule - 7AM-3PM - No call / No nights/ No weekends Annual base salary $280-$320k Cigna health insurance and optional dental/vision/life, etc. Optional HSA/HRA employer contributions and flexible spending accounts 5 weeks of paid time off 8 paid holidays 401(k) retirement plans Annual profit-sharing contribution to 401(k) (3% of annual salary) Annual bonus Candidate Requirements Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree Completion of an accredited Anesthesiology residency program Board certification or board eligibility in Anesthesiology (ABA or AOA) Current state medical license and DEA registration Current ACLS and BLS certification required 1-year related experience (Entry Level) Candidate Requirements Administer anesthesia for endoscopic procedures – general GI Must be able to work independently and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals Intermediate-level computer skills involving word processing, spreadsheet and database skills.
