Overview
A growing pediatric hospitalist service of 40 is adding to its team due to a recent hospital expansion
Work in a non-academic position and provide care for medically complex patients with subspecialty support, including pediatric intensivists
No newborn rounding
Average Daily Census is capped at 12
Full-time is 14 shifts per month
No pediatric hospitalist fellowship required
No newborn rounding or nursery call is required
Epic EMR
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation is structured as a salary based on years experience
Quality Bonus of up to $10,000 per year
CME $4,500 stipend
