Guthrie Lourdes Hospital Urology seeks a BC/BE trained Urologist to join its experienced team of six urologists in Binghamton, NY.
Highlights of the Position
Join a highly regarded, experienced team of urologists, with a loyal community patient following. Practice supported by experienced APPs in both the clinical setting and inpatient rounding. Teaching opportunities are available with residents and medical students. DaVinci Robot onsite. Call coverage is shared equally. J1 & H1B visa eligible.
Comprehensive Compensation And Benefits
Starting salary at $500,000. Starting bonus - up to $100,000. Competitive RVU model with a strong Primary Care referral network Full benefits include medical, dental and disability insurance. Malpractice insurance includes tail. Guthrie retirement savings plan (403B) with employer match and age-based contribution. Allowance for licensure fees, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certificate and renewals.

Work-Life Balance
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, traditional work schedule. Full-time Providers practice 36 patient-facing hours with 4 hours of dedicated administrative time. Generous Paid Time Off and CME allowance. Cerner EMR transitioning to EPIC in the fall of 2024.
Supportive Transition
Relocation expenses paid up to $15,000. Accompanying partner placement assistance available. Physician, professional and social interest groups available to join. Dedicated Onboarding Specialist and Provider Services team to ensure a successful start at Guthrie.

Acquired by Guthrie, a not-for-profit, integrated health care system, in early 2024, Guthrie Lourdes joins Guthrie in serving Northeast Pennsylvania and the Southern Tier region of New York with six hospitals and 76 regional offices in a 13-county catchment area. Our team of nearly 1,000 Physicians and Advanced Practitioners provide access and care to more than 2 million patients annually.
