NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Group/Brooklyn, in partnership with Weill Cornell Medicine, is looking for a
Board Certified/Board Eligible Endocrinologist
to join the Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism. The ideal candidate will have an interest in diabetes, obesity medicine, and other areas suitable for a large multi-cultural patient population. NewYork-Presbyterian/ Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, located in Prospect Park, is a 651-bed academic institution, academically affiliated with Weill Cornell Medicine, caring for residents throughout Brooklyn and the surrounding communities for over 135 years. The hospital's academic programs include nine graduate medical education residency programs and six fellowship programs, including a large ACGME Medicine Residency Program. Brooklyn is known for its diverse neighborhoods that attract artists, professionals, singles, families, and visitors from all over NYC and around the world. It is famous for its excellent public schools, Prospect Park, Brooklyn Botanical Gardens, Barclay Center, Brooklyn Bridge Park, and Coney Island. Brooklyn's rich diversity offers something for everyone, from world-class pizza and Caribbean cuisine to Italian, Asian, and BBQ options. The selected candidate will hold an academic appointment at Weill Cornell Medical College. Academic rank will be commensurate with experience and credentials. The salary range for this position is $220,000 to $260,000. This range does not include benefits or incentive payments based on quality measures and productivity.
