Christiana Care is looking to hire a
BC/BE Radiologist
to join our Emergency Radiology Team. Responsibilities
Join a team of 5 employed ED Radiologists, primarily covering evenings and nights. Work a 7 on 14 off schedule with a 100% remote or hybrid option. Collaborate with on-call residents during off-hour shifts. Engage in emergency, trauma, and acute stroke imaging as part of off-hour imaging skills. Qualifications
Board-certified or board-eligible in Radiology (BC/BE). Ability to perform emergency, trauma, and acute stroke imaging as part of off-hour coverage. Interest in teaching and mentoring radiology residents; opportunity to participate in scholarly activities and clinical projects. Team and Environment
Radiology Department comprises over 40 Radiologists, 25 Residents and IR Fellows. On-call backup coverage by Subspecialty Radiologists. Opportunities to teach, mentor, and collaborate within a collegial, growth-focused department. Location and Schedule Details
4 Emergency Departments within a 1,300-bed health system with an extensive referral base and ongoing growth. Remote work opportunities assessed based on business requirements of the proposed location. Compensation and Benefits

Annual Compensation Range: $463,752.00 – $653,286.00. The actual offered compensation will depend on factors including experience, credentials, and the scope of duties. The range may include productivity incentives, value-based incentives, and other compensation forms based on operational factors. ChristianaCare may offer a compensation level within or outside this range as warranted.
