Lead and manage the CTVSEH South Austin veterinarian team
Develop, implement, and oversee essential medical services
Advise on best practice clinical operations and staff efficiency
Ensure exemplary delivery of clinical services and client experience
Foster strategic relationships with the referring veterinary community
Provide clinical mentoring, coaching, and training for staff
Evaluate and improve clinical policies and procedures
Monitor medical quality and report findings to senior management
Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent from an accredited university
Active Texas license or ability to obtain one
Experience as an Emergency Veterinarian or Board-Certified in medical oncology, emergency & critical care, surgery, radiology, or internal medicine
At least 2+ years of clinical, scientific, or industry experience in a high-volume environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team in a fast-paced setting
Innovative thinker focused on continuous improvement
Schedule
4-day work week with dedicated admin time for leadership responsibilities
