Service to Sales Director

is responsible for utilizing data to ensure the Sales to Service process is consistently used to maximize service to sales opportunities. The Sales to Service Director will work with Napleton’s 50 dealership locations: developing processes, training and ensuring the sales to service process is maximized. Utilize data mined from Auto Alert, Auto Quote, and CDK to work with dealerships to identify service to sales opportunities. Create and implement best practices to maximize Sales to Service opportunities Work with vendors to ensure on-going training and development of leadership and Sales to Service team members in the dealerships Work with dealership General Managers to ensure Sales to Service processes are implemented and consistently utilized. Job Requirements
