About the Role
We’re looking for our
first sales hire —a Founding Account Executive who will own the full sales cycle and help define our go-to-market motion. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, closing, and expanding enterprise accounts while working directly with the founding team. This role is for someone entrepreneurial, scrappy, and excited to build the sales playbook from the ground up.
Responsibilities
Own the entire sales process: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing.
Partner with founders to refine positioning, messaging, and sales collateral.
Build and manage a repeatable outbound motion, including experimentation with channels, outreach cadences, and pitch strategies.
Manage pipeline in CRM and deliver accurate forecasts.
Gather and synthesize customer feedback to inform product and GTM strategy.
Develop relationships with executives and technical buyers at enterprise software companies.
Help build the foundation for future sales hires (processes, tools, playbooks).
Qualifications
3–6+ years in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in enterprise or developer tools.
Track record of closing $50k–$500k+ ACV deals.
Strong ability to navigate technical conversations with engineering and product teams.
Entrepreneurial mindset: thrives in ambiguity, self-starter, comfortable experimenting.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Bonus: prior experience as the first or early AE at a high-growth startup.
