Job Title: Oracle Fusion ERP Principal Business Analyst Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Salary Range: $160,000 (permanent role, full-time) Schedule: 40 hours per week Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Principal Business Analyst to join a growing ERP team. This senior-level position is responsible for defining, gathering, and implementing business requirements across core functional areas such as Order to Cash, Finance, Distribution & Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, and Sales & Marketing. The ideal candidate combines strong functional ERP expertise with business acumen, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across both technical and non-technical teams. Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum of 8 years of ERP implementation experience, including requirements gathering, configuration, functional specification, and testing Proven expertise with Oracle Fusion ERP (required) Strong knowledge of Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Manufacturing, and/or Financial processes Demonstrated experience in ERP rollouts, business process re-engineering, user training, and ongoing system support Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to technical teams and executive leadership Strong project planning and organizational skills Ability to travel up to 10% Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience in the CPG or Foodservice industry Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience Deep understanding of the systems development life cycle, structured analysis, and testing methodologies Motivational leadership style with the ability to mentor and guide ERP analysts and functional consultants Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the ERP Business Analyst team and functional consultants in analyzing, designing, testing, and deploying business requirements Collaborate with business teams to implement and enhance ERP processes across multiple functional areas Act as liaison between functional and technical resources, translating requirements into actionable technical specifications Communicate project status, risks, and updates to executive leadership Provide hands-on problem solving, guidance, and support for ERP-related issues Develop and maintain documentation for business processes, functional specifications, and system objectives Ensure ERP solutions align with business needs and industry best practices Company Benefits & Culture
