* BA/BFA in Design, Art, or a related field (or equivalent experience)* 8+ years of creative experience in-house or agency, ideally within a design-forward, brand-driven environment* Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual design, storytelling, and execution across mediums (digital, motion, 3D, experiential)* Deep expertise in core design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Keynote/PowerPoint)* Proficiency in creative AI tools and emerging design technologies; Runway, Veo3 and Midjourney experience a plusMotion/film experience strongly preferred* Exceptional ability to translate creative vision into visual/motion outputs that resonate with both creatives and executives* Strong background in design and systems thinking* Experience creating scalable design frameworks that empower global teams to deliver on-brand creative* Demonstrated ability to design for both digital (web, email, social) and physical (print, environmental, event) formats* Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices* Track record of elevating creative work with meticulous attention to craft and detail* Proven track record of rapid prototyping and creative problem-solving under tight timelines* Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with shifting priorities* Thrives in ambiguous situations, working with little direction while maintaining high quality* Outstanding presentation and communication skillsWhen you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life.
