Overview HireRight is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Document Analysis Product efforts.
This is an exciting role for a strategic and innovative individual to reimagine and drive some of our most technologically advanced and forward-looking products. You will collaborate with a globally distributed product development organization and establish close partnerships across the business to create, build, and deliver innovative and differentiated products to market, from ideation to launch. Your work will help increase efficiency, accuracy and speed up time-to-hire for HireRight’s customers, including many of the world’s most innovative and successful companies.
Responsibilities
Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap priorities based on market, customer, regulatory, and business needs
Drive product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and go-to-market activities.
Practice data-informed decision-making and demonstrate deep understanding of critical business drivers and KPIs to help achieve product/market fit
Establish a feedback loop with customers, users, and partners to understand their pain points and identify new products and technologies that meet their needs and exceed their expectations
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to prioritize features and create actionable requirements with appropriate tradeoffs
Clearly communicate and build consensus with agile teams, stakeholders and leadership.
Participate in and contribute to marketing events, conferences and webinars and act as an evangelist and thought leader.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience.
6+ years of experience as a product leader defining, building, and launching successful software/SAAS products, with at least one being a zero to one product.
Experience overseeing product strategy, defining roadmaps, and requirements definition for complex product portfolio
Ability to set clear goals, metrics and measure product performance and make sound data driven product decisions.
Experience leading and partnering with large distributed and cross-functional agile teams to bring delightful products to market
Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods and experimentation to validate product market fit.
Ability to formulate a cohesive product strategy and value proposition and communicate crisply to upper management, customers and peers.
Exceptional leadership, analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills
Demonstratable knowledge of, and expertise in product management disciplines and frameworks
Preferred Qualifications
MBA from a top university
Domain knowledge in document forensics or fraud detection
Experience working with compliance and regulatory environments such as FCRA, GDPR.
Experience with building products that utilize AI/ML and big data technologies
Experience building B2B Enterprise products
