Responsibilities
Client Support: provide coverage for an FA/PWA/team, cultivate relationships with business partners and colleagues, support the FA/PWA/team in delivering an exceptional client experience, prepare for regular meetings and track follow-ups, ensure client service functions are performed timely, assign work to team members as needed, provide backup coverage for Client Service Associate responsibilities, educate or enroll clients in digital tools (e.g., MS Online), accept or enter orders in a clerical capacity, stay current on policies, procedures and new platforms, share reminders and best practices.
Business Development & Operational Support: assist in organizing and executing the business plan, partner with Practice Strategy Consultants and Branch Management, support administrative elements of digital and in-person marketing strategies (conferences, seminars, webinars, websites, social media, email), prepare and review client reports or financial plans, assist with research using firm-approved systems, participate in client meetings representing the service lens, participate in firm initiatives and special projects as directed.
Qualifications - External Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills
Education And/or Experience: 5+ years in a field relevant to the position; four-year college degree or professional certification preferred; active Series 7 (GS), and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) required; additional product licenses may be required.
Knowledge/Skills: strong leadership; knowledge of financial services products (equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, managed accounts); technically proficient and quick learner of platforms; detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and internet applications; excellent writing, interpersonal and client service skills; strong time management; team player; ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment; adaptable and able to multi-task; goal-oriented, self-motivated and results driven.
