Grow with our team to become the best of the best! Provide VIP service to all customers in all operational areas for Lotus. Engage in conversations with clients to understand their needs and manage expectations. Use training to assist clients in selecting the right vehicle to meet their wants and needs. Utilize the latest technologies to develop product and sales knowledge and become industry professionals. Customize vehicle deliveries while ensuring clients understand the vehicle's operational features. Follow up daily on all sales leads from various sources using the dealership's Customer Relationship Management System (CRM). Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers. Maintain a strong knowledge base of all new vehicle makes and models. Qualifications: Ability to maintain a hardworking, high-energy personality throughout the workday Positive attitude, eagerness to learn and improve Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment Must be able to drive a manual transmission Effective listening and communication skills Valid driver's license Second language skills are a plus!
