Summary The Quality Assurance Coaching Lead is an integral role within OneDigital Advanced Health’s Quality Assurance & Compliance team. With the guidance and supervision of the Director of QA Compliance, this position will be responsible for the development and execution of coaching initiatives based upon the results of regular audits conducted by our internal Quality Assurance Coordinators who analyze the service and renewal work performed by our internal team of sales agents. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Acts as a trusted advisor to sales agents and leadership for coaching and compliance issues Coaches sales agents regularly, and on an as-needed basis, in response to negative compliance trends and immediate red-flag issues Coordinates with sales agents and managers to share audit notes and recommended training and coaching Collaborates with organizational leadership on training and coaching strategies based on compliance trends 70-80% of the role requires direct interaction with sales agents regarding compliance coaching 20-30% of the role requires actively listening to sales agent calls for auditing purposes Performs other duties within scope of coaching role as required and assigned Qualifications, Skills and Requirements
Superior organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects High-energy, enthusiastic individual with ability and desire to work in a high production, fast-paced environment Self-motivated, willing to take direction, disciplined and able to lead process initiatives and meet deliverables Excellent written and verbal communication skills Aptitude for strategic thinking and building relationships Ability to present information to both small and large internal audiences Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently Strong aptitude for systems and software including advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Previous experience in the insurance industry, especially in a sales center environment, required Demonstrated ability in training curriculum creation and facilitation Capable of receiving performance feedback and coaching Strong work ethic and proven attendance record Education, Training and Experience
Minimum experience for applying – Minimum of 2 years’ experience in training/developmental coaching, preferably in healthcare, insurance or sales Current Health Insurance License preferred Bachelor’s Degree required Familiarity or experience at carrier or broker agency level preferred Other
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance. Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: In person, office. Chicago, IL 60601 The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $50,000 to $55,000 per year. Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
