Job Summary
Trihydro, a top environmental and engineering consulting firm has an opening for a Senior Geologist in our Roseville, CA office. The selected candidate will assist in providing Trihydro’s clients and customers with effective, responsive, and safe environmental solutions. If you have experience in site investigation and remediation and are a skilled project manager, we encourage you to toss your hat into the ring for consideration. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for providing oversight of junior personnel for professional mentorship and safety. You will also be responsible for business development and growth of our regional practice, including meeting with clients, attending conferences, and participating in regional trade organizations. Key Responsibilities
Lead project teams and coordinate environmental assessments, data analysis and remediation projects. Report preparation including investigation plans, remediation plans and reports. Preparation of scopes of work and cost estimates. Provide oversight of junior personnel for professional mentorship and safety. Business development and growth of our regional practices include meeting with clients, attending conferences, and participating in regional trade organizations. Qualifications
Has a minimum of 10 years of relevant investigation, remediation, and project management experience. Expertise in project management Proven track record of business development, including pursuing new clients, contracting new work, and networking with environmental professionals within California Is a licensed as a California P.G. or P.E. Knows how to navigate complex environmental programs and projects (including scope, schedule, and budget). Expertise in a variety of environmental programs (RCRA, CERCLA, TSCA). Regulatory expertise based on working directly with the DTSC and RWQCB on assessment and remediation projects. Approaches challenges proactively with a problem-solving mindset. Produces the highest quality deliverables and effectively communicates results/objectives/strategies. Is interested in hiring, mentoring and managing technical staff. What We Offer
