Additionally, you will be responsible for planning, managing, or coordinating operational activities for the team with the help of executives and staff managers.

**THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE**The Multifamily Structured Transaction Manager role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:* Manage sales, structuring, and negotiation of Fannie Mae’s Structured Transactions—including Credit Facilities and Bulk Deliveries—across all multifamily product types (conventional, affordable, manufactured housing, military, student and seniors housing).* Provide guidance to internal and external stakeholders regarding the promotion, sale, and service of Fannie Mae's Structured products.* Cultivate strong partnerships with Multifamily property owners and DUS lenders by developing tailored and adaptable financing strategies that address clients’ unique needs, all while consistently delivering the highest level of customer service.**THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM**

Minimum Required Experience* 6 years of relevant experienceDesired Experience* Bachelor's degree or equivalent* Strong understanding of Fannie Mae’s Multifamily products and DUS/GSE underwriting guidelines* Demonstrated knowledge or the desire to learn the nuances of Fannie Mae’s Multifamily Structured Transactions* Proven ability to structure complex deals involving multiple layers of Multifamily housing finance productsMultifamily Customer Engagement - Customer and Partner Management - AdvisorTarget Pay Range: $121,000 - $158,000 a yearQualificationsEducation:Bachelor's Level Degree (Required)The future is what you make it to be.
