Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist
to join our outpatient team. This role offers the opportunity to treat a wide range of mental and behavioral health conditions across the lifespan. You’ll collaborate with therapists, primary care providers, and support staff to deliver holistic, evidence-based care — with the flexibility to tailor your schedule around in-person or telehealth preferences. We welcome both
new graduates and experienced psychiatrists , including those seeking work-life balance without sacrificing clinical impact. Responsibilities
Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations and follow-up medication management. Develop individualized treatment plans that align with patient goals and clinical best practices. Collaborate closely with psychologists, therapists, and primary care providers in a team-based care model. Participate in bi-monthly multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and case reviews. Document care accurately and efficiently in our EHR system (eClinicalWorks). Provide optional supervision to psychiatry residents, NP trainees, or psychology interns (if desired). Maintain active licensure and CME requirements. Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Completion of an ACGME-accredited Psychiatry residency. Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Psychiatry. Active Pennsylvania medical license (or in-progress at time of application). Comfortable treating a diverse outpatient population. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit.
