New England Cancer Specialists (NECS), the largest independent oncology practice north of Boston, is seeking a Hematologist/Medical Oncologist to care for patients in Central Maine. Position Details & Benefits
Full-time = 4 clinic days + 1 administrative day
600K Plus Guaranteed base salary + wRVU upside
Sign-on bonus & relocation assistance
8 weeks of paid time off (includes vacation, sick, personal, and CME)
6 additional paid holidays
Company-paid malpractice insurance
Annual CME allowance
Generous 401K match + profit-sharing & cash balance plan
Shared 1-in16 call rotation with First Call Program where APP serves as the first point of contact, reducing physician burden
