Our rapidly expanding, nationally recognized cancer institute is seeking to hire a Dermatologist to join our practice at City of Hope in Duarte, CA. We are looking for research- and mission-minded physicians, as every discovery and treatment we develop aims to help people live longer, better, and more fully.

Position Highlights

The Department of Surgery, Division of Dermatology, is seeking a dynamic, highly qualified, board-certified or eligible Dermatologist to meet the needs of our growing program in Southern California.

Our division offers excellence in general dermatology, cutaneous oncology, cutaneous lymphoma, and onco-dermatology care.

City of Hope is a top 5 comprehensive cancer center in the U.S., notable for over 800 annual bone marrow transplants.

The Dermatologist will provide patient-centered care alongside a nationally recognized multidisciplinary team.

This is a full-time position reporting to the Division Chief of Dermatology.

Clinical site located in Duarte, CA.

Established and expanding referral base in dermatology in the region.

Collaborative team environment with APP support.

Opportunities for program growth in areas such as graft versus host disease, cutaneous lymphoma, advanced skin cancers, adverse reactions to cancer treatments, and primary care dermatology for cancer survivors.

Research opportunities include basic science, translational, and health outcomes research.

Provide patient-centered care within an established multidisciplinary team at a state-of-the-art outpatient facility.

Position Benefits

Competitive salary range of $350K - $500K, exclusive of incentives and benefits. Compensation will be adjusted based on experience, training, and hospital needs.

Qualifications

Completed residency training in Dermatology and is board eligible/certified by the American Board of Dermatology.

Academic record suitable for appointment at Assistant, Associate, or Professor level at City of Hope.

Must be eligible to obtain or already hold an active California medical license.

MD, MD/PhD, or equivalent degree required.
