Integrated Care: Contribute to an embedded HIV clinic, enhance mental health services, and provide MAT training. Procedural Excellence: Teach and practice a wide variety of office-based skills. Community Impact: Guide residents through longitudinal community medicine experiences, global health rotations, and a strong focus on serving underserved populations. Leadership & Innovation: Develop future leaders in practice management, PCMH team leadership, and technology integration.

We offer a highly competitive compensation model and comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and professional growth, including:
Competitive Salary: Compensation range of $252,449 - $355,324. This reasonable estimate extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law. Full Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance. Financial Security: Full malpractice coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match. Work-Life Balance: Generous CME allowance and personal time off.
